Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which eMa7al trades.

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The price of the items does not include the delivery charge.
Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website www.eMa7al.jo and not any third party websites.




If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item,
we will notify you as soon as possible.




Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is within Jordan.
Deliveries may be made to you by our contracted delivery drivers, our contracted courier company.
The delivery method will be organised by eMa7al.
We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this can not
be done. If you request multiple delivery dates for an order you will be charged a delivery charge each time.
If for any reason we can not deliver your full order at the same time you will not be charged for additional deliveries.
If you wish to change the delivery date then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to delivery.
If you are not at home for a requested delivery then we reserve the right to charge you 50JD again to redeliver your order.




In Jordan we also offer free connection for laundry appliances

Connection can be carried out to an existing standard domestic appliance water connection situated within one metre of the
appliances location and to a suitable existing 10 amp socket within reach of the appliance's power lead.
Included in the connection will be the removal of transit brackets.

All gas installations, connections and/or disconnections must be performed by a licensed plumber.
All mains wired electric cookers should only be connected by a qualified electrician.
We do not currently offer any installation, connection and/or disconnection service on gas or mains wired electrical products.

The delivery team will be unable to connect your new appliance if:

The old machine is not disconnected.
Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team's testing or are considered unsuitable.
Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unsuitable.
Mechanical adjustments are required to the appliance(s) to overcome such things as water pressure problems.
Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical connections are required.


Disposal / Removal


you can request that our delivery team dispose of your old appliance for free. This must be done at the point of order.

All goods for removal and disposal must be disconnected from all water, electrical and gas supply in advance of the goods
being removed.

Removed goods are deemed to have zero value.

We do not currently offer any disconnection service on gas or mains wired electrical products.
All gas disconnections must be performed by a licensed plumber.
All mains wired electric cookers should only be disconnected by a qualified electrician.




If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us at least 48 hours before your planned delivery date and you will
receive a full refund. Inside 48 hours or where the goods have been delivered to you and are as new
(have not been used or connected), a 20% restocking fee will apply.
We reserve the right to charge you to collect the goods and to charge you for any damage that may have occurred whilst
the goods have been in your possession, if necessary. All Cancellations must be processed via eMa7al .

If goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may return them free of charge by calling 053 990 180.
If you do decide to return the goods to us for any other reason a charge will apply for collection.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
If for any reason you need to return an item within 2 working days of receiving the delivery,
please call the eMa7al customer help line on 053 990 180 and advise a member of our team that you wish to
return the product and give the reason for return. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our courier.
The goods are usually collected within 3 days.
The charge for collecting goods will be the delivery fee of the area, in areas with a delivery charge less than JD50 the
charge for collection will be 50JD. You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession.

If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original
condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.




You can pay with any Visa, Mastercard card you may pay via Cash On Delivery using cash,

Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
Authority for payment is given at the time of order.
You will be charged for items at point of order. Our liability to you in respect of an order shall be limited to the
value of that order, and we shall not be liable to you for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue,
loss of business, wasted expenditure or depletion of goodwill, as a result of our negligence.
Which arise out of or in connection with an order.


Product Information  


ema7al makes all efforts to ensure all prices and product information is up to date and correct at the time of
display, however takes no responsibility for any incorrect information that may appear,
and has the right to refuse any order which may contain mistakes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that product
information is correct when purchasing any eMa7al.


Commercial / Business Purchase  


Products sold are sold under the terms and conditions set out by the products manufacturers terms and conditions.
Products sold to businesses large or small do not have the same warranty as domestic customers warranties,
in many cases the warranty is void if used in any commercial appliacation. In most cases the warranty is limited to 90 days
and in some product categories it is nil. A business extended warranty plan is available please enquire.
